Job summary

Okta is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Auth0 opportunities in a high-growth enterprise environment. You will drive territory growth by closing net-new logos and expanding existing Auth0 customers, with on-target earnings (OTE) of up to six figures, and travel to SF Bay Area or Chicago for onboarding and ongoing engagements.

You will build trusted relationships with engineering, product, and security leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years revenue growth in complex enterprise SaaS
• Strong ability to evangelize to CTO/engineer audiences
• Proven track record of closing large deals and renewing accounts

Responsibilities

• Build a plan to guide long-term net-new logo pipeline
• Consistently deliver revenue targets for territory growth
• Identify and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and bookings
• Access leaders in prospect accounts and expand network of decision-makers
• Negotiate and close multi-year agreements to hit revenue quotas
• Engage partners to identify opportunities and expand reach
• Collaborate with Okta ecosystem teams (xDRs, Partners, Presales)
• Travel as needed to build and cultivate relationships
