Job summary

Auth0 is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise to drive territory growth and manage strategic accounts across the US. You will focus on net-new logos and expanding relationships within existing Auth0 customers, evangelizing security-driven value to engineering and product teams, and leading complex enterprise deals.

You will travel to SF or Chicago for onboarding and later as needed, with an emphasis on revenue targets, partner collaboration, and delivering predictable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of success in growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products.
• Ability to evangelize, educate and create demand within CTO organizations, with a track record of pitching to Product, Engineering and Architecture decision makers.
• Deep technical discovery skills that resonate with developers.
• Strong technical acumen connecting technical sales to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across audiences of all levels.
• Self-driven with teamwork and humility.
• Experience using sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger or Sandler).

Responsibilities

• Build a plan to guide long-term net-new logo pipeline generation.
• Consistently deliver revenue targets to support YoY territory growth.
• Identify, develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and deliver bookings.
• Identify, target and gain access to leaders in prospect accounts, building your network of decision makers.
• Scope, negotiate and close agreements to meet revenue quota targets.
• Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities and open new business.
• Build and nurture working partnerships within the company ecosystem and travel as needed.
