Job summary

BigID is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Ohio or willing to work remotely within the United States. You will drive deals in a defined territory, selling enterprise data and security solutions to complex technical audiences, and managing inside and field sales to meet or exceed quotas.

The role requires 5–10+ years of direct software sales with a proven ability to close six- and seven-figure licensing deals.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software.
• Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure software licensing deals.
• Experience selling data security to mid-size to large enterprises.
• Ability to engage complex technical audiences and executives (C-level).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to close new business and grow territory.
• Prepare and maintain accurate territory sales forecasts.
• Network with customers and related organizations.
• Build relationships with executives and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain account intelligence in Salesforce and forecast to leadership.
• Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management.
• Own territory quota and named accounts.
• Direct inside sales and marketing to uncover opportunities.
