Job summary

BigID is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the United States to drive deals in a defined territory, with focus on enterprise data or security products. The role includes leading an inside sales team and collaborating with marketing to uncover opportunities, while maintaining accurate Salesforce data.

This remote-friendly position offers a base salary in the range of $150,000–$165,000 with bonus and equity opportunities, and requires a track record of closing multi-million dollar software

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to mid-size to large enterprises.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure software licensing deals.
• Experience selling data security.
• Experience selling complex enterprise software in fast-growing environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close opportunities in a defined territory.
• Forecast and maintain accurate territory revenue projections.
• Network with customers and related organizations.
• Build relationships with executives and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain account intelligence in Salesforce and report to leadership.
• Drive territory quota achievement and manage named accounts.
