Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Manager for Pre-Sales and Professional Services to lead a senior team delivering Credential Management and PKI solutions. You will align technical sales, architecture, and implementation services to drive revenue and customer success across enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure markets.

The role requires deep IAM, PKI, MFA, and cybersecurity expertise, with proven leadership of customer-facing teams and a track record of delivering large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, enterprise software, or security tech.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams in cybersecurity/identity domains.
• Experience leading Professional Services, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales Engineering teams.
• Proven success supporting enterprise and government customers.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Security or PKI preferred.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and retain a high-performing Credential Management Professional Services and Pre-Sales Engineering team with clear performance objectives.
• Achieve Credential Management revenue, bookings, customer retention and growth through strong leadership of PS and Pre-Sales.
• Direct delivery of implementation, integration, migration, training, consulting, architecture review and solution validation services.
• Partner with Sales to establish governance frameworks and scalable delivery systems for high-impact engagements.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex customer, technical, and delivery matters at executive level.
• Provide strategic guidance across IAM, PKI, credential management, MFA, and related security technologies.
• Lead workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity management to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing to translate customer insights into product improvements.
