Job summary
3M Electrical Markets Division is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the Houston, TX area. You will drive profitable C&I sales, develop territory plans, and prioritize customers and distributors to grow the business. The role requires strong negotiation, relationship-building, and the ability to collaborate across divisions.
Remote work is possible based on territory with up to 50% travel. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation in the US
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3 years of direct sales or electrical construction/industrial experience.
- Associate's degree with 5 years of electrical industry sales experience and driver’s license.
- Experience selling through distribution is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales for the C&I business in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory business plans.
- Prioritize end customers, markets and distributors to optimize territory management.
- Collaborate across C&I territories and divisions to meet customer needs.
