Job summary

Enginuity Global LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to grow our process automation and electrical engineering services. The role is remote within Texas and neighboring states, requiring 5+ years of industrial sales and a strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Expect 50–75% travel as you manage leads, build strategic accounts, and close deals. You will own the full sales lifecycle, collaborate with operations, and contribute to revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/electrical sales experience.
• Travel 50-75% is required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.
• Develop business and obtain new customers and Master Services Agreements.
• Expand services within existing accounts to Enginuity's full-service offering.
• Maintain Salesforce funnel and provide regular updates.
• Lead commercial negotiations within pricing, margins, and approvals.
• Capture scope of work to generate proposals and sales presentations.
• Provide sales progress reports to management.
