Job summary

3M is seeking an End User Sales Representative to grow sales in an assigned OEM/Specialty territory within the Electrical Markets Division. You will collaborate with distributors, end users and internal teams to promote the 3M product line while supporting a remote-friendly work model.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of field sales experience in private, public, government or military environments (Electrical/OEM preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3 years of field/channel sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment, including experience in Electrical/OEM.
• Current, valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Establishing and achieving objectives within the assigned territory.
• Driving sales and marketing activities using the sales process and 3M value propositions.
• Coordinating and planning territory activities to optimize coverage and results.
