Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a skilled Regional Application Engineer for a remote role servicing areas around Houston, TX and Baton Rouge, LA. This position involves supporting electrical consultants and end-users to enhance Eaton’s product acceptance in the market.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering along with at least seven years of relevant experience in electrical sales. A competitive salary is offered alongside participation in a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven years of electrical sales and/or electrical engineering experience.
• No relocation is offered; candidates must reside within Houston, TX or Baton Rouge, LA.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sale applications and support for products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to sales teams.
• Conduct product seminars and training for stakeholders.
