Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region. Travelers up to 75%; must reside in the US: WA, OR, CA, UT, AZ, or CO.

The role oversees safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client turnover, while collaborating with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years turnkey CM; or Associate with 9+ years; or 12+ years without degree.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Completion of Eaton safety program and QEW Certifications.
• Background and drug screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, AIA docs, and document control processes.
• Evaluate scope changes and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action logs.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to develop constructible cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee cost management, budgeting, and subcontractor financial administration.
• Establish QA/QC programs and accurate as-built documentation and punch lists.
• Lead field safety programs including JSA, rigging plans, and compliance.
