Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety initiatives across our Southeast Region. This role drives safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with operations leaders and field teams.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on safety professional with strong communication, training, project management, and the ability to influence at all levels. Travel about 50% and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, or general industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Proven ability to influence organizational change and build strong partnerships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS programs across the Southeast Region focusing on prevention and compliance.
• Design, deliver, and support safety training programs for field and facility employees.
• Conduct comprehensive facility and field EHS audits and develop corrective action plans.
• Manage OSHA investigations, inspections, and citations within the region.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and regulatory agencies, including OSHA and other required reporting.
