Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead EHS across CO, UT, NV, NM and AZ. This remote role requires strong safety leadership, audit skills, and the ability to drive a culture of safety with proactive risk reduction.

You will develop training, manage investigations, and coordinate with operations to ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations. Requires 5+ years of experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety leadership in construction/manufacturing or related industries.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Certifications CSP/ASP/CHST preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) across a multi-state region.
• Develop and implement safety policies and training programs.
• Conduct field and facility safety audits and corrective actions.
• Analyze incidents and root causes; drive preventive actions.
• Manage OSHA citations and regulatory reporting.
