Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across multiple states, promoting safe, compliant practices and driving a culture of zero incidents. This remote role requires up to 50% travel and residency in CO, UT, NV, NM, or AZ.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in safety, strong EHS knowledge, and CSP/ASP/CHST certifications; a bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. Compensation ranges with experience and location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehousing.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS program and safety practices.
• Develop and implement safety training programs related to construction/manufacturing.
• Conduct field and facility safety audits and create corrective action plans.
