Zusammenfassung

QXO is seeking a Director, Field Environmental Health & Safety to lead EHS across specified business units. You will develop and execute the EHS strategy, partner with senior leaders, and drive risk reduction and operational excellence across branches, transportation, and facilities.

The role requires building a best-in-class EHS culture, leading a regional team, and collaborating with the EHS Center of Excellence to standardize practices enterprise-wide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in distribution, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven success leading multi-site EHS organizations and building high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, FMCSA, and risk management principles.
• Experience developing and executing EHS strategies at regional, divisional, or business-unit level.

Aufgaben

• Develop, own, and execute EHS strategy for the business unit aligned with enterprise vision.
• Lead a team of Regional EHS Managers across regions and ensure consistency of programs.
• Partner with leaders to embed EHS into planning, capital investments, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, environmental and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive a culture of safety as a core business value and continuous improvement.
