Job summary

QXO seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead EHS initiatives across the Southeast Region, including TX and neighboring states. The role focuses on driving a safety culture, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in collaboration with operations and field teams.

Location options include Dallas, San Antonio, or Houston, TX, with approximately 50% travel. The candidate must have 5+ years in safety leadership, strong communication and training skills, and familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and DOT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, or general industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional EHS programs across the Southeast Region.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct facility and field EHS audits and manage corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare reports for leadership.
