Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead and coordinate safety programs across several states. The role focuses on promoting safe practices, reducing injuries, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong communication, training, and project management are essential to success.

The position is remote with up to 50% travel across CO, UT, NV, NM, AZ. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and CSP/ASP/CHST certifications are desirable; salary ranges from $90,000 to $135,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety leadership in construction/industrial settings.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certifications CSP/ASP/CHST preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EH&S program to reduce injuries and ensure compliance.
• Develop and deliver safety training for construction/manufacturing.
• Audit facilities and field sites, close corrective actions.
• Prepare safety reports and incident investigations.
• Manage OSHA citations and regulatory communications.
