Job summary

QXO in the United States is seeking a Regional Safety Manager for the Southeast Region. The role leads Environmental Health & Safety initiatives across multiple states, partnering with operations and field teams to drive a culture of safety excellence and regulatory compliance.

Travel ~50%, preferred base in Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio. Requires 5+ years in safety leadership in manufacturing or related industries, strong OSHA/EPA/DOT knowledge, and ability to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, or other general industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and developing corrective action plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional EHS Programs to champion a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, risk reduction, and zero incidents.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to continually improve safety performance.
• Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, procedures, and standards across the region.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization.
• Design and deliver safety training programs for field and facility employees.
• Develop regional safety resources and provide ongoing coaching to managers and employees.
• Facilitate safety meetings, workshops, and compliance-related training initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive facility and field EHS audits; develop corrective action plans.
