Job summary

QXO is seeking a Region Safety Manager to lead safety programs across a multi-state territory. This remote role prefers California residents, with about 50% travel to CA, OR, WA and AZ to support locations and operations.

You will ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations, develop training, perform audits, and drive a zero-accidents safety culture with strong MS Office skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations in safety management.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• 5+ years of safety management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental Health and Safety within the region.
• Identify and implement safety best practices to improve standards.
• Manage region to eliminate injuries and illnesses.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for construction/manufacturing.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Audit data collection and reporting for compliance.
