Job summary

QXO seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety efforts across a multi-state territory. You will promote compliant practices, manage regional EHS programs, and drive performance with strong communication and training skills. Remote within CO/UT/NV/NM/AZ; up to 50% travel.

Required: 5+ years in safety, OSHA/EPA/DOT knowledge, and relevant CSP/ASP/CHST certifications preferred. Salary range announced; EOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or highly preferred.
• CSP, ASP, CHST certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of safety experience in construction, transportation, distribution, general industry or warehousing.
• Proficient in OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations and safety administration; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS program and drive a goal of zero accidents.
• Identify and implement safety best practices to improve standards.
• Manage safety region to eliminate injuries and illnesses.
• Develop and implement safety training for construction/manufacturing.
• Prepare incident reports and conduct root-cause analyses.
