Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our footprint in the K–12 educational space. You will cultivate relationships with school districts and educational programs, driving growth across early childhood to high school markets in a designated territory.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, a strong sales support team, and tools from a top-tier marketing department to help you succeed. Travel within the territory 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with proven entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Strong work ethic, team player mentality and ability to perform outstanding work from home.
• Candidates should reside in Fresno, CA or Clovis, CA or travel within the territory up to 30% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers in a designated geographic area.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently call on and maintain relationships with customers within the territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and assess customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal HQ departments to streamline sales.
