Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials seeks a Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence in K–12 education. You will cultivate new and existing school district relationships, targeting middle and high schools while supporting early childhood markets.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a strong sales support team. Ideal candidates reside in the Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus area and can travel ~30% overnight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers across the territory.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently call on, build, and maintain relationships with customers within assigned territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build, adjust, and drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and uncover customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication and increase sales.
• Participate in local, state and national conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand.
