Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow our K–12 educational footprint. You will cultivate new and existing school district relationships, serving our broader education customer base while exploring middle and high school segments, with a compensation structure that rewards high performance.

You will join a stable company with a dedicated sales support and marketing team, enabling you to drive strategy and execute territory plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and ability to perform outstanding work from home.
• Candidates should reside in the Oakland, Castro Valley, San Jose, or Berkeley area with travel within the territory (≈20% overnight).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers in a designated territory (often multiple states).
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently call on, build, and maintain relationships with customers within the territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build, adjust, and drive sales strategies.
• Identify key customers and uncover needs.
• Communicate clearly with internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication and increase sales.
• Attend local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore.
