Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC seeks a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K–12 education footprint. You will build and maintain relationships with school districts and educational programs, targeting new segments like middle and high schools, while leveraging a supportive sales team and marketing resources.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure, strong base salary, and opportunities to travel within designated territories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels
• Strong work ethic, team player mentality and ability to perform outstanding work from home
• Candidates should ideally reside in Fresno, CA or Clovis, CA and travel ~30% overnight
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across designated territory
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business
• Consistently call on, build, and maintain relationships with customers within assigned territory
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build, adjust, and drive sales strategies
• Target key customers and assess and uncover customer needs
• Communicate effectively with internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication and increase sales
• Participate in local, state, and national conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand
