Job summary

Mazda Motor Corporation is seeking a District Service Manager to serve as the primary liaison with Mazda dealers across the assigned territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with proven sales/leadership track record.
• Experience in automotive or dealer environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Mazda dealers and internal teams to improve customer experience, service operations and profitability.
• Analyze profitability and performance to drive revenue while maintaining service retention.
• Review reports and trends to identify gaps and implement best practices.
• Support dealer marketing efforts and service/parts initiatives across channels.
• Travel as required to visit dealers and conduct on-site consultations.
