Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 4 years total work experience with leadership role.
• 2+ years in a sales-related capacity; wholesale automotive experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop effective relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to advance service and profitability.
• Assist in developing and executing action plans to improve customer experience, service retention, and dealer profitability.
• Review reports to identify gaps and implement best practices and follow up.
• Travel daily to dealer locations and manage multiple projects.
