Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of overall work experience with leadership experience.
• 2+ years in a sales-related capacity; previous wholesale automotive experience preferred.
• Retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve dealer service and profitability.
• Assist in action plans to improve customer experience, service retention, and dealer profitability.
• Perform profitability analyses to increase revenue while controlling costs.
• Review reports to identify gaps and implement best practices.
• Drive service traffic and parts business through marketing and merchandising.
• Support national and regional service/parts marketing plans.
• Ensure dealer compliance with Mazda policies and documentation of contacts.
