Job summary

Mazda Motor Corporation is seeking a District Service Manager who will serve as the direct interface with Mazda dealers to improve customer experience, drive revenue and profit for dealers and for Mazda, and increase service retention and repurchase loyalty in line with Mazda BVM philosophies.

The DSM will develop relationships with dealer principals, service managers, and Mazda colleagues to advance dealer service operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction through action plans and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 4+ years’ experience with 2+ years in a sales-related capacity; wholesale automotive preferred; retail a plus.
3+ years in a demonstrated leadership role.

Responsibilities

Develop effective relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve service and parts operations and customer satisfaction.
Work with dealership management to develop and execute action plans to improve customer experience, service retention, and profitability.
Perform profitability analyses and provide consultative guidance to dealers to increase revenue and profits while controlling costs.
Review reports, scores, trends, and customer comments to identify gaps and implement best practices and follow-up.
Travel daily to dealer locations and ensure compliance with MNAO policies.
