Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4+ years experience with 2+ years in a sales-related capacity; wholesale automotive experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License for state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to advance service and parts operations, driving customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Perform profitability analysis and reviews to help dealers drive increased revenue and control costs while maintaining service retention and loyalty.
• Review reports and trends to identify gaps and recommend best practices, with regular dealer contact and follow-up.
• Support marketing messages and dealer merchandising, including digital marketing and regional plans.
