Kimmel & Associates Inc. is seeking a Director of Branch Operations to lead a regional network of branches, driving profitability, productivity, and top-notch service across parts and service functions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 7+ years of Caterpillar parts and service experience or 15+ years in the heavy equipment industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience leading managers and leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Caterpillar equipment, systems, components, and service.
• Experience managing regional operations, budgets, forecasts, and performance.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
• Understanding of parts and service gross profit, expenses, and pretax earnings.
• Ability to evaluate metrics, identify improvements, and implement strategies.
• Experience with lean, continuous improvement, and change management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop branch management teams and performance standards.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and resolve service issues.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office and dealership software.
