Kimmel & Associates Inc. is representing a well-established heavy equipment organization seeking a Director of Branch Operations to lead a regional network of branches, drive profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in parts and service operations, financial management, and multi-location leadership, with a proven track record of building strong teams and delivering value-driven service across carriers and customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years Caterpillar parts & service exp or 15+ years heavy equipment.
• 5+ years of management experience leading managers.
• Strong knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and service requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Lean, continuous improvement, change management preferred.
• Proven ability to drive productivity and financial performance.
• Ability to develop branch management teams.
