Job summary

Kimmel & Associates Inc. is seeking a Director of Branch Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across a regional network of branches in the heavy equipment sector.

You will be responsible for financial performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and the effectiveness of parts and service operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee branch managers, set performance objectives, manage budgets and forecasts, and drive initiatives that improve profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years Caterpillar parts/service experience or 15+ years heavy equipment industry.
• 5+ years management experience, incl. leading managers.
• Strong knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and service requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to improve productivity and financial performance.
