Kimmel & Associates Inc. seeks a Director of Branch Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for a regional network of branches focused on profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee branch managers, budgets, forecasts, and initiatives that improve service and parts performance. The ideal candidate brings extensive heavy equipment leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of developing leaders while driving safety and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of direct Caterpillar parts and service experience or 15 years in heavy equipment.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Caterpillar equipment, systems, components, and service requirements.
• Experience managing regional operations, improving productivity, and hitting financial/operational targets.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning.
• Understanding of parts and service financial performance (gross profit, expenses, pretax).
• Ability to drive improvements via lean and change management practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop branch management teams and support employee development.
