Kimmel & Associates Inc. is seeking a Director of Branch Operations to lead a regional network of branches, driving financial performance and ensuring top-tier parts and service operations.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will manage branch managers, establish performance objectives, oversee budgets, and implement initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of direct Caterpillar parts and service experience or 15 years in heavy equipment.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience leading managers and other leaders.
• Strong working knowledge of Caterpillar equipment, machine systems, components, and service requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage regional operations, improve productivity, and achieve financial and operational performance objectives.
• Experience developing and managing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans.
• Strong understanding of parts and service financial performance, including gross profit, expenses, and pretax earnings.
• Ability to evaluate operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective business strategies.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, lean principles, and change management practices preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop branch management teams, establish performance standards, and support employee development.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, resolve service-related issues, and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant equipment dealership management, service, diagnostic, and reporting systems.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and maintain productive relationships with equipment manufacturers and other business partners.
