Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Regional Director to lead Community Managers for the Charleston/Summerville market. You will drive client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence while building high-performing teams and strategic partnerships with senior leadership.

The role requires relocation support for exceptional candidates, and offers a pathway to long-term career growth within a leading community management firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5–7 years of property management, construction or hospitality experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
• CCAM or CAI certification in property management strongly desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Works with leadership to devise client relationship management plans based on client importance.
• Executes relationship management activities to identify issues and opportunities.
• Models company culture, values and brand promise to clients.
• Acts as a brand ambassador to communicate value of products and services.
• Builds strong relationships with board members and acts as trusted advisor.
• Manages client contracts and renewals; drives growth and profitability.
• Attracts, develops and retains a diverse team of managers.
