Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a High-Rise Regional Director to lead a team of community managers, drive client relationships, and ensure achievement of company objectives with exceptional service. You will guide strategy, oversee performance, and sustain accountability across portfolios.

You will mentor managers, manage boards and clients, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver sustainable growth and loyalty for high-rise communities in our portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of successful supervisory experience.
• Must possess CMCA or CAI designation or actively working toward.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, develops, and retains a diverse team of managers.
• Oversees client relationships and drives loyalty and retention.
• Manages contract renewals and profitability across accounts.
• Leads performance management and regular reviews.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service.
