Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Regional Director to lead a team of Community Managers across the Charleston market. You will drive client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence while building a high-performing, development-focused team.

Relocation support is available for exceptional candidates, with relocation optional for the right fit. This role partners with senior leadership to shape priorities, manage contracts, and deliver measurable business results in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in property management, construction or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in operations, account management or relationship management an asset.
• Valid state driver’s license and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
• CCAM or CAI certification strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationship management plans and activities for each client based on importance.
• Identify issues and opportunities; create detailed action plans to improve properties and relationships.
• Model company culture, values and brand promise to strengthen client relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador by communicating value of products and services.
• Maintain growth and profitability by adding new products and services per client needs.
