FirstService Residential in Charleston, SC, seeks a Regional Director to lead a team of Community Managers and drive client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence across the Charleston/Summerville market. This highly visible role partners with senior leadership to shape strategic priorities and foster a culture of accountability.

The ideal candidate builds high-performing teams, strengthens executive client relationships, and solves complex business challenges while relocating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university.
• CCAM or CAI certification in property management is strongly desired.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationship management plans and activities based on client importance.
• Identify issues and opportunities and create detailed action plans to improve property and client relationships.
• Model and reinforce company culture, values and brand promise.
• Act as a brand ambassador communicating value of products and services.
• Build relationships with board members and provide trusted advisory insights.
