Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, plus relevant experience.
• 5–7 years in property management, construction or hospitality.
• Florida CAM license and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes client relationship plans to improve loyalty and retention.
• Leads community managers and cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence.
• Oversees contracts renewals and drives growth and profitability for accounts.
• Manages performance through regular reviews and KPI tracking.
