• Experience reading and interpreting not-for-profit financial statements.
• Ability to manage small to medium projects using proven methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

• Direct and manage daily operations of multiple community management teams within the assigned region.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, service standards, and procedures.
• Develop and monitor regional budgets and analyze financial reports for profitability.
