FirstService Residential is seeking a Regional Director to strategically manage client relationships and deliver insights that drive loyalty and profitability. You will lead a team of community managers to provide top-tier property management services and exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountable KPIs, and collaboration across departments to align with client goals and board expectations while maintaining growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in property management, construction or hospitality preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and insurance.
• CCAM or CAI certification in property management desired.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationship management plans and activities based on client importance.
• Identify client issues and create action plans to improve relationships and outcomes.
• Act as brand ambassador and communicate value of products and services.
• Build relationships with board members and provide trusted advisory insights.
