Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Regional Director, I&I to lead a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers. You will drive patient access strategies, ensure compliant reimbursement navigation, and coordinate with Brand, Market Access, and cross-functional partners to optimize patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic vision for access, and accountability for regional performance, with significant travel and collaboration across multi-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/MPH/PharmD).
• At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical field operations, patient services, reimbursement, or access/hub management.
• 3–5+ years of people management experience leading field-based teams.
• Direct experience with specialty pharmacy, hub programs, or patient support services in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of access and reimbursement landscape, including prior authorization, CPT/HCPCS coding, and coverage pathways.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of regional FRMs, including supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee patient enrollment and reimbursement navigation, education, and hub enrollment support.
• Set performance expectations aligned to KPIs (enrollment, initiation, continuation, delays).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Brand, Market Access, Legal/Compliance, and hub partners to ensure compliant, patient-centered execution.
• Lead regional access strategy, identify barriers, and drive scalable solutions across high-priority accounts.
