Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support patient access across North America. The role reports to the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director and acts as a subject matter expert on reimbursement and coverage within assigned regions.

You will educate HCPs and staff on payer policies, coordinate with HUB programs, and help translate payer insights into actions that improve access and outcomes. Strong collaboration across diverse stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of specialty drug reimbursement and payer policy dynamics across Pfizer brands.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary changes.
• Distribute Pfizer-approved materials related to coverage and patient assistance programs.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance offerings, enrollment, and HCP portals.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients enrolled in access programs.
• Use Pfizer’s case notes system compliantly.
