Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical field operations, patient services, reimbursement, or access/hub management.
• 3–5+ years of people management experience leading field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of regional Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) and ensure compliance oversight.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the regional FRM team.
• Oversee reimbursement navigation, payer policy, and enrollment support activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Brand, Market Access, and Legal/Compliance.
• Track regional performance metrics and translate insights for leadership.
