Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH/PharmD preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical field operations, patient services, reimbursement, or access/hub management.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of people management experience leading field-based teams.
• Direct experience with specialty pharmacy, hub programs, or patient support services.
• Strong knowledge of access/reimbursement landscape, including CPT, HCPCS/J-codes, and coverage processes.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise regional FRMs and provide day-to-day direction and coaching.
• Coach on patient journey, barrier removal, and enrollment workflows.
• Lead payer policy interpretation and reimbursement navigation.
• Set regional KPIs and oversee budget, travel, and resources.
• Educate providers on reimbursement processes and hub services.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to align strategy.
• Track regional performance and translate insights into actions.
