The Pfizer regional leadership role for I&I partners with a regional team to drive patient access, reimbursement strategies, and compliant field execution. The Regional Director oversees Field Reimbursement Managers and access specialists, shaping enrollment, payer policy navigation, and cross-functional alignment to remove barriers to timely therapy initiation.

Candidates bring deep experience in pharmaceutical field operations, strong people leadership, and a track record of building payer

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical field operations, patient services, reimbursement, or access/hub management.
3–5+ years of people management experience leading field-based teams.
Direct experience with specialty pharmacy, hub programs, or patient support services in a regulated environment.
Strong working knowledge of access, reimbursement landscape, and payer policy.

Mansioni

Direct management of regional Field Reimbursement Managers with performance oversight.
Guide patient access journey—from enrollment to therapy initiation and continuation.
Oversee payer policy interpretation and cross-functional alignment on access strategy.
