Pfizer is seeking a Regional Director for I&I to lead and develop a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers responsible for patient access, enrollment, and therapy initiation. This role drives payer-policy navigation, stakeholder education, and cross-functional alignment to optimize patient access across the region.

The leader will manage the FRM team, ensure compliance with Pfizer’s access strategies, and collaborate with Brand, Market Access, and hub partners to execute regional plans

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical field operations, patient services, reimbursement, or access/hub management.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of people management experience leading field-based teams.
• Direct experience with specialty pharmacy, hub programs, or patient support services in a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS/J-codes, ICD-10, NDC, Medicare Part B and related coverage criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Direct management of regional Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) and oversee day-to-day direction, compliance, and coaching.
• Oversee FRM execution, including patient needs assessments, reimbursement navigation, education, and hub enrollment support.
• Set and enforce performance expectations aligned to KPIs across enrollment, therapy initiation, and access outcomes.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development for the regional FRM team in partnership with HR and National Lead.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant, patient-centered access strategy.
