Astound Broadband is seeking a sales leadership professional to manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives in a hybrid Austin, TX role. You will drive quota attainment for Single Family and Multi-Dwelling Unit customers, stay current on pricing and product changes, and coach reps to improve performance.

• College degree or high school diploma; equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications Direct Sales or other face to face sales.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day activities of a team of Direct Sales Representatives.
• Demonstrate knowledge on pricing, product changes and service processes.
• Provide regular updates to Direct Sales Representatives via weekly team meetings.
• Coach team members and monitor performance against monthly targets.
• Develop partnerships and engage with property managers and leasing agents.
