Job summary

Opco-Skilled-Management- is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietician to oversee dietary plans for residents in the Hobbs area. This full-time role involves collaboration with licensed dietitians, updating food preferences, and ensuring adherence to therapeutic diets and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Licensure, a Master’s degree preferred, and a valid Food Handler's Permit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian; Master's degree preferred.
• Food Handler's Permit required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident's food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietitian for any nutritional or eating issues.
