Job summary

SNF Staffing Solutions is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietitian to oversee nutrition planning for residents across our Prescott area facilities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in dietetics or related field, RD or licensed dietitian, with Masters preferred.

The responsibilities include interviewing residents, updating food profiles, and coordinating with the Dietitian for any nutritional issues. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, life, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian (Master's degree preferred).
• Food Handler’s Permit.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietitian for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.

Education
