Job summary

SNF Staffing Solutions is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietician to oversee nutrition services in Prescott, AZ. You will interview residents, document food preferences, and coordinate with the dietitian on clinical needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or a related field, licensure as a Dietitian, and a Food Handler’s Permit, with a preference for a Master’s degree and independent work capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field.
• Licensed Dietitian or Registered Dietitian credential.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and task prioritization.
• Fundamental understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with a licensed dietitian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card database.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any nutritional or eating issues.

Your Job Requirements
